How it works / ordering process
1. Familiarise yourself with relevant information
Before placing an order, make sure you have read all the necessary information either on my website or Instagram story highlights. Please ask if you are unsure about something or if you have any further questions. I am happy to help :)
2. Start with a sizing kit / shape finder kit
If you are planning on purchasing a sizing kit (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) now is the time to do so; sizing kits can be purchased straight from my website. Not sure what length/shape you want? Order a shape finder kit!
3. Message me
Once you are ready to order, send me a message on Instagram @alexisaesthetic1 or email me on alexisaesthetic01@gmail.com. I will need the following information:
- Nail shape and length
- Nail sizes for all 10 nails
- Design request and any relevant pictures
- Any other relevant information e.g. if you’d like to change anything in the pictures provided, such as the colours, matte/glossy, rhinestones etc
I will then review your order and let you know what to add to your cart on my website.
4. Place your order
If you would like to purchase anything else, or upgrade your set to have it finished quicker, you can also add these extras to your cart. You can then select your payment and shipping methods at the checkout. Once you have made a purchase you will then receive a confirmation email, and I will try to get your order out as soon as possible.
*Please message me before purchasing nail sets that require specific customisation (solid colour sets, custom sets etc) or your order will be cancelled. Please also message me if you plan to purchase ‘rush my order’ to make sure I have the capacity to complete your order within the timeframe you need it by. Other items (surprise sets, sizing kits, shape finder kits etc) can be purchased straight from my website, no need to message me first!
