Shipping policy

Fulfilment time for sizing kits, shape finder kits and cuticle oils is 3-5 days* (BEFORE SHIPPING) and for press on nail sets is 1-3 weeks (BEFORE SHIPPING). These are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, although we will always try to get your order out as soon as possible. Additional charges apply if you would like your order to be prioritised and fulfilled quicker.

*Please note that all items in a single order will arrive at the same time, therefore, cuticle oils etc may take longer to arrive if ordered with a set of nails.

Shipping times depend on your location. Express shipping and international shipping options are available at checkout. 

Alexi’s Aesthetic is not responsible for packages once a package is scanned into the carrier’s system. We recommend upgrading to tracked shipping as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit if you have chosen untracked shipping. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by customs. 

Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or VAT either during checkout or when the order reaches the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges, and all fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.
